Delivery
All original paintings include complementary worldwide shipping, excluding EU countries due to the new PPWR & EPR regulations. Please see the ‘Shipping Destinations’ section below for more information. Each artwork is carefully packaged, fully tracked and insured, and dispatched via trusted courier or postal services such as DHL Express to ensure it arrives safely.
Please allow up to 7-10 days for UK delivery and 10-14 days for international delivery. I always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible, and many orders arrive sooner that the estimated time frames.
Limited Edition Giclée prints are produced locally using professional print processes and will be shipped by myself, signed and numbered with a certificate of authenticity. Each print comes with complimentary worldwide shipping included(excluding EU countries due to the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulations and Extended Producer Responsibility – please see the ‘Shipping Destinations’ section below for more detailed information).
Open Edition Giclée Prints are produced to order through my trusted third-party print partner. Each print is created using professional print processes and is fulfilled as close to the delivery destination as possible, helping to reduce unnecessary shipping distances while ensuring your artwork arrives safely.

Delivery Time: Delivery varies depending on destination and shipping method but is typically 7-10 working days for UK deliveries and 10-14days for international deliveries, though delivery times are often shorter than this.
Digital products, including reference photo packs and other downloadable resources, are delivered instantly by email following your purchase. As these are digital products no physical shipping is required. For delivery times it can sometimes take a few minutes. It is also worth checking your purchase has not made its way into your spam folder. In the unlikely event that your digital download does not arrive then please contact me on enquiries@naturalworldartstudio.com and I will rectify the situation promptly.
Masterclasses and Online courses and hosted securely on Teachable. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive instructions on how to access your masterclass or course and begin learning at your own pace. As these are digital products no physical shipping is required.
I currently offer worldwide shipping (excluding EU countries – please see note below) for both Original Studio Artwork and both Limited Studio Prints, allowing collectors from around the globe to enjoy my work. Original Paintings and Limited Edition Prints are carefully packaged by myself and shipped using trusted courier services to destinations supported by my delivery partners.
Open Edition Prints are packaged by my print partner and are fulfilled and packaged in a location nearest to the destination to reduce unnecessary delivery miles.
I am able to ship to most countries worldwide; however, due to international shipping regulations, customs restrictions or courier availability or limitations, there may be some locations where delivery is temporarily unavailable.

An Important Note For My European Union Community…
As an Equestrian and Wildlife painter, my entire life’s work is dedicated to celebrating the natural world. I passionately support using less packaging, minimising plastic waste, and sourcing sustainable circular-economy materials to keep our planet beautiful. I genuinely want to do my part.
Tragically, the EU’s new Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) does not simply ask independent creators to use less packaging or packaging from a sustainable source. Instead, it demands that tiny, independent micro-studios such as my own, pay expensive (anywhere between €200 and €1000) annual registration fees and navigate complex bureaucracies and face further additional costs for all 27 individual European countries even if I only ship a single painting to any given country in an entire year!
As a small business, I refuse to pass these staggering compliance costs onto my global audience by artificially inflating my prices. Therefore, with an incredibly heavy heart, I have been forced to pause shipping physical studio originals and studio prints to the EU. Please note that if these regulations change, or if the EU introduces small business exemptions similar to the UK system, I will be absolutely delighted to open up shipping to my European community once again.
I am truly, deeply sorry to my European community. It breaks my heart that 27 countries have now been added to my restricted shipping list alongside countries that are experiencing regional trade bans. Please know that this is not a rejection of you. I value you immensely and while physical art cannot cross the border right now, my digital products and education community remain completely open to you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your understanding and support.
USA: At the time of writing original artworks (paintings, drawings, sculptures, and limited prints under Headings 9701–9705) remain duty-free under HTS Chapter 97 of the U.S. customs code. While this was correct at the time of writing it may be subject to change so do please check that it still remains the case before making your purchase.
Digital products do not have any restrictions placed upon them and may be emailed around the world beyond international trade restrictions.
